About us
Maivisa was founded in 1975. At the present it is completely dedicated to the design and construction of light and semi-heavy metallic pressure process equipment such as; Chemical and petrochemical reactors, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, silos, special metallic constructions, pharmaceutical reactors and pressure process tanks, etc.
In the last 25 years we have grown slowly but surely. Since 2009, with the inauguration of our new premises, we have expanded the workshop area, as well as the staff, facilities, technology and technical and business areas.
The expansion of the facilities and not least, the continuity in the Direction and leadership model of our company, as well as the many years of cooperation with the majority of our workers, have allowed us both an increase in quality and specialization In the manufacture of more complex equipment and constructions with new materials.
An important feature of our current organizational structure is commitment and flexibility, a fundamental aspect to offer in each case the product adapted to the needs of our Customers. This feature allows us to guarantee maximum liability and quality in all fields of the project.

Capabilities and Mechanical Means
MAIN CAPABILITIES
We can handle equipment up to 110 Tons (in one single piece).
Maximum transportation sizes are 5 m. in height/diameter, 5 m. in width and 40 m. in length.
Depending on diameter of the equipment, total length could vary.
We can handle plates up to 100 mm. thickness for shells and dished heads and without any limitation in thickness and/or diameter for tubesheets.
At the present, all the necessary electric power is generated by Solar Energy, achieved by a 2800 m2. area of solar panels installed on the roof of our main building.
The facility has a capacity of 121 kWp, is connected to the grid, and occupies approximately 2,800 m². It produces approximately 180,000 kWh/year, which represents a reduction of approximately 55 tons of CO2 per year.
